Humans tend to have a child-like impatience to gratify this need for closure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can use the Zeigarnik Effect to coax your visitors into action by showing them that they have an incomplete task. By pointing out the &#8220;incompleteness,&#8221; you&#8217;ll encourage them to seek closure by finishing the task.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This can work for exit popups as well. All you have to do is display a progress bar at the top.
